RETURN POLICY

Online Orders Return Policy:  

 

Full Refund (not including shipping) IF we RECEIVE your package within 7 days of when it was delivered to you and meets our conditions.   We will accept it for store credit for 14 days from the day it was delivered to you.  No leniency on these time frames.

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags in the original location.  All clothing is subject to a thorough inspection before return is approved. NO refunds or exchanges on sale items. JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES (including bags/purses) are FINAL SALE. All sale items FINAL sale.

Buyer pays return shipping on all returns. Once an order has been placed, we cannot apply discounts or make changes to that order before shipped. Once a package has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. You must inform us of any damages within 2 days of package being delivered to you and any damaged item must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and MUST have the TAGS still in ORIGINAL location. JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES (including bags/purses) are FINAL SALE. Please check all items thoroughly when received.

In-Store Return Policy:  

No refunds on returns: STORE CREDIT ONLY (if items are brought in WITHOUT a receipt or a SALE item).  All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original clothing packaging with tags in the original location.  All clothing is subject to a thorough inspection before return is approved. NO refunds or exchanges on sale items. JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES (including bags/purses) are FINAL SALE. All sale items FINAL sale. If you DO have a receipt then items MUST BE returned within 7 days & a refund will be given.  If item is brought back AFTER the 7 days then you will also get store credit but at the price the item is at that time.  (ie: paid $20 for skirt, no receipt and item is now $15 then you will get a $15 credit)
